Microsoft Supporters are very very very useless. I've sent them 3 support requests merely they reply like a robot does. They keep request me to choose the correct category to put the online request, equally I've tried to explicate to them that to do equally they said I accept to know my MCID. The problem is whenever I tried to open my MCID link, it happens
"Sorry, something went incorrect. Delight effort over again later quondam. If the consequence nevertheless persists contactsupport."
I have to know my exam schedule asap (seventy-778 and 70-779) because my company 60 minutes Section need to verify my Studying schedule before giving me time and money in order to pursuit the MSCA BI Reporting certification.
I am very disappointed about Microsoft Supporters!!!

- Utilise Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer (recommended browser)
- Clear browsing history, cache and cookies
- Utilise In-private mode.
